    Bernard has a foolproof plan: his wife Jacqueline packed off to her mother’s,
    a weekend with his chic Parisian mistress in a French farmhouse, a cordon
    bleu cook to cater to their gourmet tastes, and his best friend Robert invited
    along as his alibi. What could go wrong? Suppose Robert misunderstands the
    invitation or the cook is mistaken for the pampered mistress? Perhaps, there
    is another pair of secret lovers? Hilarious confusion ensues as Bernard and
    Robert must improvise at breakneck speed.

    her secluded cottage. A series of diabolical events brings this thriller’s
    audience and Anne face to face with the darkest fears that lurk in all of us:
    that territory where the supernatural blends with murder and ritual death.

    Even the comforting love of Michel, a family friend has come to represent the
    boredom Natalya has suffered in her long, frustrating marriage to her wealthy,
    doting husband Arkady. Instead, it is Aleksey, her son’s dashing twenty one
    year old tutor, whom she now desires. Competing for Aleksey’s affections is
    Natalya’s beautiful, young ward Vera. When a sixty-year-old neighboring
    landowner expresses interest in marrying Vera, Natalya goes to increasingly
    dangerous ends to encourage the match, while simultaneously seducing
    Aleksey. This comedy/drama explores the thoroughly modern predicament of
    never being satisfied with what one has.

    This winner of the 1978 Pulitzer Prize, which originally starred Jessica Tandy
    and Hume Cronin, uses a game as a metaphor for life. Weller martin is playing
    solitaire on the porch of a seedy nursing home. Enter Fonisia Dorsey, a prim,
    self-righteous lady. They discover they both dislike the home and enjoy gin
    rummy. They begin to play and to reveal intimate details of their lives. Fonisia
    wins every time and their secrets become weapons used against one
    another. Weller longs for a victory to counter a lifetime of defeats, but that
    doesn’t happen.

    and will do anything to win the part in her school musical. Anything includes
    murdering the leading lady?  This aggressively outrageous musical spoof

    Brittany Spears in the title role.

    In this comedic tale, the wife of a philanthropic allergist, is engulfed in a life
    crisis of Medea like proportions. Her children are grown, her beloved
    therapist died recently, and her bowel obsessed mother incessantly needles
    her She tries to lose herself in the world of art galleries, foreign films, and
    avant garde theatre, but finds she is barely able to rouse herself from the
    sofa. Her spirits suddenly soar when a fascinating and incredibly worldly
    friend from her childhood appears on her doorstep. In short order, the savior
    who infuses Marjorie with life becomes Lee, the unwelcome and sinister
    guest.
